Training

Training is usually conducted in person, but web-based training is also available, and is developed in close coordination with clients. This is especially effective in large corporations with a global presence.

Within a year of retiring from Merck, Jonathan was part of a team which designed, created, and narrated a comprehensive crisis management training program for a Fortune 50 company with a global presence.  Jonathan also worked with that corporation’s global locations to identify and integrate disparate crisis management and business continuity professionals into a single team.
